I desperately need money so my project car is going up for sale. It is a 1989 Mustang Coupe that was originally a 4-cylinder Auto car. I have pulled the motor and transmission and have all the parts needed to convert it to 5 speed. I had originally planned to drop a 2.3 Turbo motor into it but I can't afford to continue with the project. This is the perfect car for someone looking to build a drag/drift/autocross/whatever Fox Mustang. The car is Oxford white with a grey interior and a Flip-up roof.


Here is a list of everything I removed for weight savings:

-Complete A/C system including HVAC box (which still has a good heater core).
-All sound deadening glued to floor
-Front and rear bumper supports and shocks
-Power door locks and wiring
-Power mirror wiring
-Radio and speakers and all wiring
-Complete cruise control setup
-Power deck lid and fuel door releases
-Stock seat belts and receptacles
-More I can't think of right now

Here is a list of stuff that is included with the car. I will update this list as I find/remember more stuff to go along with it.

-Brand new black carpet from 50resto
-Complete Coupe interior screw kit from 50resto
-Paint and primer to paint interior panels black
-Black polyethylene racing seats with black covers & sliding tracks
-Brand new RJS driver's side floor-mount 5 point harness
-Battery box and 1/0 welding cable to mount battery in trunk
-Just installed brand new door weatherstripping
-Just replaced door hinges and bushings
-1986 GT taillights
-Black outside door handle kit from 50resto
-More I can't think of right now and will add to this list when I remember

I have well over $700 into the aftermarket parts alone that I just listed. I also have a TON of 2.3 Turbo parts. If anyone is interested in buying this car to continue the 2.3T project I had planned for it I could definitely make you a deal.

To make a long story short.. the white car has to go. Hopefully you'll see 'what happened' in a couple of months..

 

No motor, no transmission. It was a 2.3/Auto car that I was going to convert to a 2.3T with a 5-speed. If you want just the 2.3 + A4LD, you can have 'em for $50.
