WTB: 98+ 2 Door Integra -OR- 97+ Prelude

I want a daily driver thats good on gas. Mileage needs to be decent, less than 75k, and it needs to have leather, and a spoiler. 5 speed is a MUST. I don't really want anything "riced out" (no offense), but a few mods here and there are ok.
My max spending limit is $10,000, not a penny more since I'm gonna be upside-down on my 2000 GT.
