I got an 83 Firebird for sale. v8, t-tops, 700r4 automatic. the car is really rough, i just need to get rid of it. i need cash and i need to clear up some space. it's beige, needs paint, and needs some other body work but nothing too serious. it needs a windshield seeing how the old one was busted out and i just havent had time to put a new one in. the car has been sheltered and covered though, so no water has gotten inside from rain. the interior is really rough. the power steering pump seized up, all you need to do is replace the pump. it turns, just hard. but it runs really good, especially for the age. the guy i bought it from only a month or so ago said the miles are original, which is 64,000. all the damage to it was done before i bought it. it would make a very good project. it will drive, but seeing how it has no windsheild, towing it would probaly be best. anyone interested, make me an offer. im looking for around 500, but i'll take the first reasonable offer. contact me via replying to this post, emailing akrofobicdreamz@hotmail.com, or calling my cell after 2 pm at 813-763-6888. my name's greg.

 

what V8 dose it got in it ? 305? 350? carb? tbi?tpi ?

 

i'm really not sure. i've had the car for about a month and have had no time to really work on it. i was told 350, but i think its a 305. it's carbed. im more of a sport compact guy. i was gonna build this car for my dad, but he really wanted sumthing older and i desperately need the money and the clear space seeing how my subaru is out of comission as well.
