FOR SALE: 1986 SVO Mustang
1986 SVO Mustang:
1 of 546 produced in Oxford White (9L) in 1986
108k miles
Motor:
Factory 2.3l Turbo (200hp, 240tq)
Pretty much bone stock.
Rebuilt factory T3 Turbo (7k miles on rebuild)
BRAND NEW OEM injectors (over $500 for 4 new injectors)
Walboro 255 fuel pump
Kirban adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Autometer fuel rail mounted fuel pressure guage
Braided stainless oil feed line to turbo.
Gillis manual boost controller
Centerforce clutch
Suspension:
Stock (front Konis were blown and replaced with Monroes by previous owner) - original struts can be reconditioned
BBK Caster/Camber plates
Interior:
Pretty much 100% stock (I'd rate it a 9 on a scale from 1 to 10)
Pillar mounted VDO Vision Series Boost and Oil Pressure Gauges
Exterior:
Straight body, few door dings (6 or 7 on a scale from 1 to 10)
It has an LX hatch/spoiler (original was replaced by previous owner)
Head/marker lights are all new (except one inner marker light)
Summary:
Runs great. Has an exhaust leak at the downpipe/turbo elbow. Air conditioner needs to be fixed. It worked fine up until a few days ago when the belt started slipping.
Clean title. Looks as if it had been lightly hit in the front. Excellent body work, but the inner fender portion in the engine compartment looks as though it has had body repair.
Car comes with TONS of boxes of original and extra parts. Good for those who want to restore to 100% factory original, or good way to make some money as some parts are hard to find and worth a lot to the right person.
Pictures will be posted this week.
Asking $5,900 obo.
