1989 Supra Targa Top Twin Turbo
History
I bought this car just about a year ago from West Palm Beach, Florida. The gentleman that owned it before me had the 1jz-gte swap done in the car. The swap was performed by C&N Performance. C&N Performance has done many of these swaps into supra’s and has perfected it. This car runs perfectly. Vehicle description
This is a beautiful 1989 Toyota Supra. White with Blue cloth interior, perfect inside and out. There is 120k on the odometer, but you could NEVER guess it by looking at the car. The car has a 10 month old paint job done by professionals in Florida, still shines beautifully. The interior is in perfect shape, very blue, and looks new. The car has a 1jz-gte twin turbo engine in it. This engine is much more powerful than the stock 7M-GTE. The motor has ONLY 43k on it!! The 1jz comes stock with valve train that is capable of high revs, stock metal head gasket, and forged pistons and rods. The motor is extremely strong and durable. The twin turbo’s spool up simultaneous and deliver power very quickly. The car was dyno’d stock at 249whp. The car right now should be right above 300whp. There are a FEW modifications done to the car. I will list them below. The runs perfect, and looks perfect, you won’t find a better 1989 supra anywhere. The tires are only a few months old, and have more than half the tread on them.
Repairs
I have had a new air conditioning system put it, a new alternator, and new brake pads. The car has its oil changed every 2500 miles or less. The car is checked out at the local Toyota dealer often, never any problems found. All the above repairs were performed at the Toyota dealer.

Things you should know
There is a TINY tear in the vinyl on the driver side door. There are also a few extremely small dings. The battery is going, it doesn’t hold a charge very long, for instance, if your leave it sit overnight, it will take more than one turn to start (3 usually), after that it is good to go the rest of the day. Toyota mechanic told me all it need was a new battery. If you notice in the picture the bottom part of the carpet on the door is a little dirty, I am having a $200 detail job on the car done this weekend. They will shampoo it and it will look new! That is about it, the car is immaculate!
