okies I got a 2.0 DOHC ford/mazda 4 cylinder motor and newauto tranny for sale, runs and is in perfect condition, but the disty was damaged so it needs a new one to run,obviously

Wow are you wrong. It's a Mazda engine. Ford has part ownership of Mazda, they don't "make" Mazda. So calling it a Ford/Mazda is perfectly fine.

I suggest replacing the distributor, then advertising it. You'll get more for a running car than one with a "minor" problem keeping it from running.

WHY NOT, you probably should remove that HUGE picture of someone else's Probe from your sig...just a thought, considering you're selling a Probe, you're bound to get people thinking that is YOUR car. As moron above appearantly thought by his response.
