modded 97 gst for sale
Well after long debate i think it is time to move onto something else. I have so much love for this car but, with a new job in tampa and school i think it is time i get something a bit more practical
Here are the specs
97 gst
exterior: barcelona red pearl(maroon)
interior: tan leather
94,xxx miles
no crankwalk(checked every month)
garage kept
oil changed every 2500-3000 miles with mobil 1 or amsoil
tranny fluid changed about 2,000 miles ago (gm syncromesh)
Mods:
k&n filter
dejon tool 3' intake pipe
hallman MBC (manual boost controller)
ngk plus
ngk wires
irc fmic (spearco 2-216 core (28x10.5x3.5) with 2.5 mandrel bent short routed piping
Tial bov
Spal slimline fan
Victory performance t.b. elbow
ceramic coated ported 95 manifold tapped for egt guage
ceramic coated evo III o2 housing(for internally gated turbos, can be swapped for externally gated o2 setup easily
buschur racing 3" downpipe w/test pipe(no cat)(only 400 miles on it)
Thermal 3' catback (sounds nice and deep, not like a bullfrog)
14b turbo( the seal is starting to go out and it is leaking a bit of oil)
aeromotive fpr
denso 720cc injectors
modded fuel rail with -6an fittings-6an line running to aeromotive in line filter then under car to walbro 255hp fuel pump
Front and rear strut bars
Eibach sportline springs with kyb adjustables front and rear(4 way front/8 way rear)
3g rx7 rims 16x8 with almost brand new 245-50-16 kumho ecstas in front with approx 90 tread and dunlops in rear with about 30%
battery relocated to the back in moroso battery box(will include kill switch that i never hooked up)
Dsmlink with 95 eprom ecu(version2 will be out soon, so whomever buys the car i will forward the info to the head person and get you on their list
I will throw in a compaq laptop, with the cable, software, and the stock eprom

Here are the
Imperfections:
The turbo is starting to leak a bit of oil, since it is a stock 1g turbo they are a dime a dozen and can be had for about 100-200 in good shape
There are the usual door dings and little imperfections, there is a orange size dent on the drivers side a pillar where it meets the roof
The paint on the front bumper is starting to chip off, jims auto body in seminole(who does awesome work quoted me 100-125 to do it)
The ac needs to be charged, blower motor and all major componets checked out ok. I have 2 cans of refrigrant for you do it yourselfers

KBB private value is $6400 ($6100 for good condition , $6700 for excellent) considering all the mods and the overall condition of the car $7500 seems to be a very fair price. Good luck with the sell. It's nice to see someone asking a reasonable price for their car.
