Need Car for 1500 with a/c

Just like the topic says I have a freind who needs a car ASAP. He only has max 1500 to spend and really wants to spend no more than 1300 if possible. It just needs to be reliable and have air. The rest isnt so important. Please post and pm me with any offers as he is in the mood to buy a car NOW!!.. Anyone nedds some cash can get hooked up here so lemme know.
