Need help. Anyone here know how to diagnose the problems with these tops? I have tried to sync the motors a million times and the hard cover hits the top as it opens and will usually freeze and i have to drop the motors again or force it to keep going. Will gladly pay someone to fix this as I am done trying to figure it out.

 

Sounds like the tension straps are shot but that only sounds like part of the problem.
