lowering a E39 530i?
My brother has a 530 and wants to put staggerd 18s and wants minimal wheel gap. Besides COs, what would be the best route suspension wise..just spings,... struts? I know nothing about BMWs. TIA

Throwing springs on there will get you by, but if its a decent drop your stock shocks/struts wont last long.
