Default Bmw rebuilt kit?

Was wondering if there is any engine rebuild kits you can buy specifically for 740i 95 year to be exact, anything online? has kinda high miles and i know it would be an arm and a leg to go to the dealer to do that probably cost more than the car is worth.

anyways if anyone knows a place or website that sells them for reasonable price let me know!

To be honest it would be way more worth it for you to buy a decently low millage used engine from bavauto.com they are an excellent resource and have been around for quite some time. We have used them several times for used bmw engines and so far everyone one of them have been perfect. If you had like an old M5, M6, M3 or something where a used motor would be hard to find or very expensive I could see a rebuild being worth it. But the 740il are very easy to come by and usually under 2k. Good luck if you need any help please feel free to contact me at my shop at 813-949-3540 or 703-314-6511. Good luck!

To my knowlage there is no such animal for an E34. And if there were, it would cost twice what a rebuilt motor would cost just to buy the kit. Not to mention the labor involved as apposed to dropping in a complete rebuilt motor.

If you had an old Chevy or ford, no problem. Kits for them are a dime a dozen. But for us... You can buy a warrantied rebuilt motor for around 15 hundred or maybe less. That is your best bet

Cheers,
Morris,
car lease
