I have only seen one highchair 12 o clock wheelie and it was just for a 1/4 of a second....unless you plan to have a rear brake lever mounted to your clip on then this would be....impossible

ive never seen one pop up at 80 mph... most bikes you gotta pop a highchair in 1st gear which limits you to around 50 mph, you cant shift.. :-/
