Better?
I don't know which is better, but I say go for the ZX6R!
There are TOO many Gixxers on the road.
Don't get me wrong, Gixxers are nice, but I don't want something that everyone and their mother rides.
Just my opinion....

What happened to the honda cbr600rr?? That can be grouped with these as well as the new Yamaha R6. If I had to choose, I'd say the kawi OR there is the honda reliability.
I wonder what everyone's face would be like after I said I may be getting a VFR interceptor.

why not go with the new cbr 600rr... motorcyclist magazine, and the other bike mags that reviewed it, put it above ALL other 600cc bike... best handeling, and best power curve... if it were me, and I were going with a new bike, it would deff. be the honda cbr 600rr.. plus, it looks BAD ASS...
have you ridden before? do you have the basics down?

for your first bike go buy a $500 to $2000 bike to scoot around on for at least 6 months, then when you are a decent rider, upgrade. and even then you wont be ready for a brand new 600 and will crash it. be sure to always gear up and prepare.
You cant go wrong with these bikes nowadays, pick which style you like best and go with it, you wont notice a 5 horse difference.
