Pics of my first owned bike
This is a 1993 Kawasaki Ninja ZX7-R. I bought it from a friend a few days ago, who hadnt ridden it in about 2 years. It's highlighter green/yellow(thats what I call it) with a polished powder coated blue frame. There are several peices on the bike that are chrome and powder coated blue as well such as the forks, calipers, handles, accessory bolts. It has a custom front end, is lowered somewhat and has a 190 rear tire. Also has stainless steal breaklines and a Muzzy exhaust. I got it pretty cheap and is going to be my first project bike. If you see a highlighter rollin your way, its me.

Are you gonna race it or put in a headlight?
Correct me if I'm wrong guy's, but that bike wouldn't be street legal right? Being that it has no headlight and no turn signals.
Looks like a nice bike, but I'm not too crazy about the blue...polish that shiznit, and it would be rockin'!

It has a light, its on the lower left plastics that cover the wheel. And the rear has turn signals, they are built into the tail light. The blue looks pretty good in the sunlight because the frame was polished before it was powdercoated, but I did want to repaint the bike and redo the frame down the road.

I noticed the light on the fender, but I didn't think that would be used as a headlight. Is it very bright?
I don't know if I would trust that riding at night..Shit, people might know what's coming up the road and pull out!

I hear ya! Its pretty bright though...its as bright if not brighter than the 2001 Yamaha R6 lights....and the bike is flourescent green as well

I would also be a little concerned about the placement. Being so low on the bike, people might not think before they do something stupid. It may be as bright as a R6 headlight, but does it put out enough for other people to see you and know that there is a vehicle coming down the road and not something like a scooter or moped?

From what I've been told...ya. At least at night, when Im driving down the street, all you pretty much see is a light. If I can take a picture at night, I will show you what I mean. During the day, it's somewhat bright, but I'm hoping that the color of the bike alone will help those who cant see the light, notice me. If not, then there might just be a problem.
