videoed it and we noticed in slow mow that the rear spark was erratic

I have a 2008 1200 sportser with a first stage screaming eagle kit my rear cyl started missing and I tried every thing to fix it I have changed plugs,wiring, injectors,coil and tried inj cleaner performed resistance test on wiring and checked wiring for any damage the battery is good we even checked the spark and we videoed it and we noticed in slow mow that the rear spark was erratic it has been to the Harley shop and on the dyno and they can`t figure it out can any body please help I`m going nut`s here
