You remind me a lot of me, I too have built my cafe racer without welding, just chopping, cutting and finding solutions for all the problems that show up. Im 1.5years in to my build and it has gone through several version. I just whish I would have seen this video before I started.. I have had the exact same problems and the exact same solutions, I guess it is a great learning process (the first project) to find what you like and what works/doesnt work. Anyway, great bikes, subbed! And I have a Suzuki GSX 400E -82 with pods, works like a train!

Fantastic job , young man ! I will try and turn a 1974 Honda CB360 that was given to me into a cafe looking bike. It has been sitting fro over 30 years in a garage , so the tank is full of thick dried up fuel..I am trying to figure a way to remove the caked up fuel..it is coming out a little at a time with what I put in the tank. I drained the oil , will fill with fresh oil , and attach a bottle with fuel , and see if it will start up this weekend.. I am thinking the carburetors are probably block with the fuel junk? But will let you know if it starts, I will try to video tape it..thanks for your video..
