Back in January, we told you about RYNO Motors, a new company on the verge of changing the bike game for good. With its unique one-wheeled, electric creation, the RYNO was a prototype looking to get enough interested parties to put it on the street. Well now, they’re ready to do just that.
What started as a pet project in founder Chris Hoffman’s garage, has turned into a real life motorcycle manufacturing team. And on April 16th, you’ll be able to head over to the RYNO website and order one for yourself.

At a starting price of $5,295, you can opt for the base RYNO, or dish out an extra $169.95, which upgrades the lithium ion battery and adds a “Ryno Rack.” Said “Ryno Pack” will make transporting goods a bit easier with an added extension.
As a reminder, the fully-electric RYNO has a range of about 10 miles on a single charge, and can reach a top speed of 12 miles-per-hour. Of course, it’s completely street legal and can be charged on a standard home outlet.

With a measly $150 deposit, you’ll be able to pre-order one of the first units beginning on the 16th, and then wait to pick it up at a desired dealer. But be patient, RYNO says that its motor-unicycle won’t begin shipping until later in the year.
