Default What is wrong with my front brake?

When I wrecked my 04 zx6rr a plastic elbow from the front master cylinder reservoir to the mc snapped. The bike sat like that for about 2 months till I got the part, I installed it, changed the fluid with DOT4, and bled the lines. At this point the pads were dragging pretty bad, I can barely push the bike. I pulled the mc, stripped it down, cleaned it thoroughly and put it back together, pushed the pistons into the calipers (was much harder then it should have been), threw it all together and they pads are still dragging and my brake lever is extremely hard once I start to bleed the system. Thinking more crap could have gotten into the mc, I stripped it again to see to check and the holes were all still open. What is going on?

cliffs:
-bike sat for 2 months with open brake line after a crash
-changed the fluid and bled the brakes and the pads dragged
-cleaned the mc twice, and pushed the pistons back into the calipers
-still dragging, with a very hard brake lever
-the fuck?

nevermind, instead of Googling it like I do EVERYTHING else I've never seen before I assumed the purple brake fluid that came out of the calipers was something along the lines of ATE super blue. Wrong, it was DOT5, and I poured DOT4 in, which I read in another thread causes silicon to build up in the system and causes clogs or malfunctions or whatever else. This would appear to be my problem, and I am not amused.
