Default Got a frickin ticket for "no eye protection"

Fuckin bullshit.
I was headed down to ybor with some friends (who were in cars) tonight...and when I got there I left my helmet in my friend's car while I cruised 7th ave.

Fuckin TPD with nothing better to do pulls me aside and writes me a ticket for not having eye protection.

I know its the law and everything...but what makes it worse: it was the first time id ever been pulled over for something like this, ive had my bike for only about a week, my helmet was a block away, I was only going 10mph, I just so happened to decide to wear my contacts instead of my glasses tonight, and I was very polite to the cop...still...I get a fuckin ticket.

It was only a $60 ticket, but I cant afford anymore points. Anyone know if this is considered a "moving violation"?...In other words...will this put points on my license? If so, my platoon sergeant is gonna tear me a new one. FawK!

Must be fun to ride w/o a helmet. You get to feel all the wind and look around like normal.
