Help with mods

Is there anyone that is SV friendly ? In other words I would like to shim the carb needles and adjust the A/F mix to get ready for my exhaust . I just dont know alot about doing this kind of work on a V-Twin . I have the full directions on how to do it but I am a little uneasy with it . Here is the web site that tells everything about it . I am willing to buy pizza and drinks and then we can go riding afterwards

Dave if you feel like riding up to BFE, my pops has a bike lift and all the tools you need....
