Tampa man accused of hitting Pinellas deputy with motorcycle - St. Petersburg Times
LARGO — A Tampa man trying to flee a traffic stop on a motorcycle ran into a Pinellas deputy early Sunday, according to arrest reports.
Rolando Clemente, 20, of 7808 Tanglewood Lane was charged with felony fleeing and eluding and aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, a deputy was on the Bayside Bridge about 12:40 a.m. when he saw Clemente driving a 2008 Honda motorcycle about 90 mph.
When Deputy Arthur McSorley tried to pull Clemente over, Clemente took off, reaching speeds of more than 130 mph, deputies said.
The motorcycle turned into a bank parking lot after it came off the bridge. Clemente "put his arms in the air like he was giving up" when McSorley arrived, then accelerated toward the deputy, hitting him and his cruiser, the Sheriff's Office said.
McSorley, who fell, did not take a direct hit. He sustained an abrasion to his right knee, according to arrest reports.
Clemente drove to Tampa, then turned himself in Sunday evening, deputies say.
On Monday, he was being held in the Pinellas County Jail in lieu of $60,000 bail.

Nothing on TSB, but I bet the asshole who cut me off on the blue/white GSXR with blue wind shield wearing the cost guard shirt, shorts and sneakers is on there lol. An inch or two closer to the curb when weaving through traffic I could of had a good laugh.
