You can't take that bike out if it hasn't been painted yet, are you nuts? You need to wait at least a good few days before you even bolt the parts back on. Ideally a week or two before they go back on, if you have the time. And you don't need to be doing any riding with it for weeks. Paint takes time to cure.

 

Define real. Also decent hour. How long are you planning on for this that you need to go early so you can be home at a decent hour. What is your rush anyway? Answer all these questions. Now.

if you start at 9, do the whole run and grab lunch you will be home say 4ish? you can cut short and head home either 41 or 275 but the whole run both ways takes a while. unless you go nuts on the straights, which won't happen
