That is not true at all, I am proof that its the opposite. Maybe so with the septum, because in my opinion, septum piercings generally look trashy.
Its all about being able to take it out, and knowing when you don't need to wear it. Do I agree with that? No.
But its the name of the game when it comes to professionalism. Sooner or later, tattoos and piercings will be more widely accepted, so people like me don't have to cover up who they are, for the sake of Joe Schmo asshole who doesn't agree with them.

meh I like my septum piercing it's easy to hide, and I dont have to take it out.
Dude u do security as a supervisor, I did that at one point in time. My Boss had Gauges in his ears. I had to flip up the nose ring when I was working, but then again I was working for PCG Security so idk.
This threads getting weak, i think it's because lgh popped in and no one cares anymore (or never did to begin with)

Yeah that I pussied out on cuz I had just gotten the letter in the mail that my license was suspended again from my insurance company from STL,MO was no long accepted in florida. That reminds me when is rickys birthday party bus thing going on? If it ever does...
