Why else would i use, skype,zoiper.icall,fring, and many others for? Because I THINK they are interesting to play with....just like why would i use linux (fedora,tinycore,ubuntu,mandriva, etc), OSX, and Windows 7.
Or why would i use avid media composer 5,adobe premier,sony vegas, and final cut pro....because I can.

Funny graves, actually I got into when I first started working call centers because I came in for extra hours at work, i helped IT with setting up all the voip systems on tinycore linux.
