so i was driving in my car today down tampa st. im not speeding and i didnt have a stop sign or a red light or anything what so ever i completely 100% had the right of way and this red suv pulls in front of me out of nowhere. theres like 5 witnesses that say they ran the stop sign, by the time they pulled in front of me we were about 10 feet away from each other. but im fine they were fine there were no injuries. so i was thinking if had been in that exact same situation on the bike i would probably be in the rider down thread tomorrow its a scary thought u never know whats gonna happen. i was just on my way home from school i have driven down that same exact street, through that exact intersection 5 times a week for the past year

if you have witnesses names and phone numbers, if you wake up with a stiff neck and tell insurance about it.


and make sure you think the people that maned up and said they saw it. I'd kill to someone that saw mine stop. save me a 2-3 year court battle. send them a thank you card or something.

 

hell yea....i got rear ended on the bike by a car in January....it sucks dealing with the lawyer and bills and all...it's taking forever and a day already
