im the guy that got ripped off!!!! thankfully, the story has at least one happy ending with Rinaldo getting his bike back. It actually made my day turn out good!! im glad i was able to help someone while in the midst of my own crisis. Im praying that there are a few more happy endings with this one. I am still out $4500 cash, unfortunately.

The idiot used his full legal name SS# etc. I had power of attorney letter and bill of sale signed, contacted the loan company and found out this guy didnt own a bike or have a loan. then i called my buddy at clearwater PD and he ran all the info, said i got hosed. I have many good connections with LEOs and they helped put an ID on the guy, who, just so happens to have 5 or 6 outstanding warrants. Hes a violent sex predator and already a convicted felon, and thanks the GREAT judicial system in our country, he roams free. Anyways, they are very serious about catching this loser. Hes doing at least 10-20 plus whatever else he gets from these charges. The guys legal name is Gabriel Michael Barb birthday 10/25/82. Hes a fat piece of white trash and Rinaldos description is perfect. Nasty teeth and all. i was actually thinking about try to get the F.B..I involved since hes got warrants in other states.

Anyways, if there is anyone that can provide help or assistance, please contact me or Rinaldo. I need to get that money back. ill work to get it back. so if anyone wants to get rid of their bike that they LEGALLY own and want to sell to me for a good price so i can make a little money on it, that would be AWESOME!!! send me a shared_pm and lets see if we can work something out.

And a plug for Rinaldo's bike... it is one of the SICKEST bikes i have ever been on. At least i got to ride it a mile or two around my neighborhood. i snapped a few pics at my neighbors house cause it was ridiculously the nicest bike i had bought... er... almost bought!

 

He's bound to keep doing this kind of stuff and it will catch up with him... hopefully sooner than later.

How and from where was it stolen? Lock drilled out?

The whole thing is just crazy and still unreal to me but is slowly starting to sink in. Just feels like a bad dream. Like kenny said any help catching this guy would be greatly appreciated. till then its still a bitter sweet story. Im hoping and praying he gets caught so kenny can have a happy ending also. Keep a look out guys, and thanks again kenny! u cant even imagine how greatful I am for being given the oppurtunity of meeting u. Just wish the circumstances were better.
