i want to pay cash for the bike. they wont do a pay off settlement for half what i owe. i have thus far paid 12,661 dollars for this bike since 06, i still owe 11,000 dollars. sorry but im not paying anymore than 5 grand to get this title. fuck these bastards. they wont settle so contacting attorney general and makin some other phone calls. there is a way around this...

Ya there a bunch of cock suckers, When I sold my old 750 few years back I owed like 2800$ on it. Sold it for 5500$ and paid off the 2800$ they said the title would be in the mail and to me in 2 weeks, 2 weeks later no title so I call and they tell me theres still a balance of 231$ on the account. I told them bullshit I paid the remaining balance off 2 weeks ago and closed the account. They said that a payment was due while the check was being cleared and left that amount. Needless to say I payed it to get the title bc the bike was no longer in my possesion. Theres a reason why they dont do motorcycle loans anymore, bc there fuck heads. Google HSBC problems and you will read more storys like that.

I just went to battle with those assholes this week too. I had a best buy credit card through HSBC. I bought my macbook on it for like 2700 and it took me a while to pay it off. In april I made the last payment of like 104.38 and the balance was zero. Praise baby jesus. So I never hear anything from them. On monday, my credit monitoring service sends me an email saying that the account showed that it had a 3$ balance that was over 90 days late. I was like WTF. called them. had to talk to everyone but God and eventually was able to get the balance removed and the account closed. And it took me like 3 hours to type up and send dispute letters to get this BS off my credit report.
