one of the bike i'm looking at is the buell 1125r i know its a v-twin and will be different from the jap bikes i have owned (636/zx14) but i think this bike might be better for the experience i have but power i still want. i'm not going to buy a 600 sometimes i ride 2 up and i'm not a little guy.

i'm hoping to test drive one soon as my left leg starts working again

plus its an american bike and thats a big plus for me, not to mention used they are very well priced, but i just don't know what to make of those ram air vents...

Seeing how Buell no longer exists minus race parts I would not want one.

i thought they just stop some models they 86'ed buell all together. i bet thats why i'm finding them soooooo cheep

Yep Harley dropped them. Last I herd Buell was trying to make bikes himself but hadn't heard anything definate. When they went under bikes were being sold at half price new to clear them out.
