my friend called this in...she said all she saw was a bike and there were doing an invest for a possibly stolen bike.....shitty circumstances...

Thats fucking nuts, I can't believe nobody was around there...all the hobo's stay right there, its right next to st. anthony's hospital...and they all have cell phones practically. really sorry to hear about that..what sucks is i drove right past it this morning on my way to work at 0515 but i honestly didn't see any bike or anything. my condolences.

From the St. Pete Times article it sounds like someone moved the bike to the side of the road and the actual impact area was not at the same place the bike was found.
Hopefully he was ridding alone, they would so charge someoen with a crime over it.

he was riding alone, he left at the same time we left and i didnt see anyone else with him
