Default NEED HELP 04 eng 99 bike. HONDA

I have a 1999 CBR 600 bike, I got a 2004 600RR engine from a friend of mine. Does anyone know what I have to do to make it fit? I'm not useing the fuel injection, I'm gonna keep the carb setup. Any help will be greatly appreciated...

If you aren't going to use the FI you have to swap the head! The set-up is different on the F4 from the F4i. the bottom end is almost identical, but the top end is not! I have seen them swap the OTHER way and use a FI head on a non FI bottom end. Is the head on your F4 ok? Why not just get a wiring harness from the F4i (you can get them DIRT cheap on Ebay) and hook itup FI style! It's not that bad.
