Oh boy, $290 parking ticket anyone?

Not here to bitch haha, just share some ridiculousness.
Went to the beach today, came out to a parking ticket.
Improper parking to-wit: "Not a parking space" $40
AND
Disabled parking: "Parked within handicap zone" $250
What do you guys think? $290 justified? I mean, I could maybe understand the $40 one...you're a fucking dick to ticket that but, I guess it's not technically a parking spot, but that's the one of the perks to having a motorcycle. I'm sure you guys love hearing me compare shit to Gainesville but a spot like that would have more bikes in it than Mexicans in a standard cab pickup.
In a handicap zone? Yeah right. I'm on the other side of the blue line and there's no don't-park-here hash marks.
Plus, I don't know how it is with a parking citation, but traffic citations may only have one offense per citation..everything printed on mine is singular which makes me think it may be the same way.

I think I have a pretty good chance of getting this whole thing dismissed, but if I had to pay 40 bucks I wouldn't sweat it. Oh and that's my girl's car...I wasn't parking retardedly close to someone to "squeeze in".

I would fight it... Not a parking spot yes, Handicapped no.... Print out that pic in color and find the statue stating how a handicapped parking spot is designated. With out those white has marks its not a Van accesable spot, ive been thru this and thats what I did to get out of it. Give it a whirl
