Careful there buddy, Bike Tech hates anyone that uses their motorcycle for anything more than a NorthRun or a cruise out with friends on the weekends.

i daily drove my cbr....for a year or so..then i got a car...hah! Furthest ride for me was taking the bike to northern virginia...that was a haul

I might consider doing something longer than a N Run if my bike didn't disfigure my balls every time I rode.

You guys couldn't hang with us in GA, TN or NC then. 10 or 11 hours days are common. Though that does include stopping for lunch, gas and breaks here and there. So its not non stop riding.

13 hours 10 min from st pete to lynchburg VA...that was a long haul...with minor breaks for gas...food...and poop.

more then a straight hour on the 636 sucked ass
4 hours plus on the zx14 (to miami from tampa) and it was cake... now that the bar risers, throttlemiser, and taller windscreen are on it its even easier to ride long distance, adjustable foot pegs might be next
