SOrry I didnt get here too soon. TO clarify about the license. I have clean title on my name, and I had temporary tags, only for one month. THen I had normal licence plate, which I actually paid one more year for renewal in 2007 . I have a bill of sale from the local dealer and title issued by DMV. I really don't know what I need cause I have no clue how to deal with this case. If you guys know a lawyer, have a friend that is a lawyer, that can take my case I would appreciate. What I know, is that I had a bike and it was ceised by US Customs in NJ, telling me that it was declared as a stolen vehicle in Canada, in 2006, just a few months after I bought from a local dealer in nov 2005. I donlt know if I need a lawyer in FL or NJ or Canada. Maybe someone knows somebody that cand help me out with this. I am legit and what I say is for real.

 

I would say you need a Florida lawyer since this is where you purchased it legally
