100+ mph in first gear?
I think my zx14 did like 85 in first gear...but someone told me that a gsxr1000 can go over 100...is this true? or is that after some sprocket changes...

a zx10 with stock gearing and stock hight tire will go over 100 on the speedo all day long.
I don't know how far the stock speedo is off at that speed but I don't think its anymore than any other brand of bike.

i think our r1 is meant to do 80-90mph 1st gear passes. why max it out on 1st when you have 2nd gear?
