Default Need Help Please

Hi everyone i am new here so cut me some slack

like tittle say's i need some advice and maybe direction on a situation i am in..

i have crappy credit from when i was a idiot.. now i am just a smart idiot .... anyways i have a aquantince whom is in a tight spot and needs to sell his bike ... can't afford payments any more..

we have agreed on a price and some what of terms of sale ... he is willing to leave it in his name for me to take over payments becuase of my credit issues we both have ppl who vouch for me and ppl who vouch for the bike and the quality of the machine... my question/concern is where do i find a legal fourm for us to sign, not some drawn up crappy one i want this to be legit as possible .. i have looked online for fourms but i just dont like them or they dont fit my needs/reqirements .....

any other things i should watch out for when it comes to these type of sales ?

thanks in advance

btw bike is a 03 r6 special edition with low miles

It's not the best idea to do that. If you must, it's prob best to have a contract for title in place and make the payments directly to the loan holder.

It would be a better idea for you to save some cash and reestablish your credit. As you said, being an idiot got you into this mess in the first place... there's no reason to repeat the same mistakes.

Draw up a contract stating the exact terms of payment, make sure to include what will be done if payments are not made, and get it notarized. Theres tons of places that will notarize something.

I don't see how people can think bikes are cheaper to ride as dailys than cars. you need new tires every 3000 miles and oil change which cost twice or three times as much as a car's. every 1000 or so miles. throw in chains plus its hot as fuck, rains on you and people try to kill you.

your better off buying a 500$ car on CL then save your cash for a bike as a toy.

Your age is peaking through, old man.

But yeah, agree 100%. Get a cheap car. Bikes should be toys, not a primary means of transportation.
