I'm calling it over on my civic and going straight motorcycle for a while , has anybody in here had a car towed away by one of those "we buy junk cars" places? Before anyone says sell it the thing has a busted rack and pinion thats disconnected, it burns oil at high rpm's, has numerous dents on the body, and pretty much is a beater that's been beaten.

I used Aaron's Auto Recycling. Paid me $150 for a 1988 Toyota Tercel 5-door liftback that was sitting for almost a year.

They came and hauled the car away and paid me in cash.

Woulda liked a little more, but I was moving and needed to get it over with.

Thanks for the rep, and yes, the video of the puller was pretty brutal.

They actually came to my old place off Busch Blvd just about a month ago.

I think they contract local junkers and work that way or something to that effect.
