zip tie your brake lever down and leave it for the night..see how that works out.

What does this do?

I just put new front end on my bike last night and when I left my rear brake didn't work at all barely , was very dangerous, after holding it down and heating up the disc it started responding a little better.

Only possible thing was when I was cleaning my chain w/wd40 I might of missed and hit the disc, but I'm almost sure I didn't..

Thinking something is wrong don't know what, might try zip tieing it if I knew what it does

I'm guessing it just forces air out of the lines?

1. why the hell are you cleaning your chain with WD40?
2. Holding down the brake and thinking your heating up the rotor will actually warp the rotor
3. Zip tie trick only helps spongy or dead brakes from sitting. Doesnt bypass bleeding them
4. back to the WD40 it seems since you didnt mess with the rear except "cleaning your chain" would narrow down the problem.

I use wd40 to clean my chain... all the lubrication is sealed in todays chains.
The spray on gooey shit is only good to trap dirt and help grind your sprockets to death...

Hydro...
Replace the pads, and bleed your brakes... And change that shitty ass D&D slipon you have on the bike... trust me it does not sound cool at all...

On a O ring chain it can cause the O rings to swell and dry out.

And you have experienced this 1st hand?
I'd like to see how this is scientifically possible.

Anyways... Been using it for years with no problems... i must be getting WD40 immune O-Ring chains without knowing...
