Thanks, but I just bought levels 1-3 on my R&R...I know you could probably get it free, or maybe cheap from these haji pirates on base, but I went the mad expensive route from Barnes & Noble in Ocala ($549 - 10% member card)...it was worth the money though, I'm workin on Unit 3 of level 1 now...and its really great to help you pronounce stuff correctly. Just like some highschool foreign lang classes, it doesn't use much English. It doesn't explain much, I guess you're suppose to figure it out from speaking, reading, and typing. There's a ton of pictures that you use to associate words. I've been workin with other sources though, to figure stuff out...like when you say das Haus vs. dem Haus...or something like that... It came with a headset, a bumper sticker (woohoo!), 4 computer install disks and 12 audio disks, which I uploaded to my ipod. When I get free time at the hooch, I try to run through the computer stuff, and when I'm on a mission (driving through the desert), I listen to the mp3's and repeat everything. I remember almost all the words pretty easily. (Yeah, I try to ignore my convoy commander on the radio, and everyone chit chatting about MRAPs flying up the side of the convoy).
