He is wasting his time. Its too small to be an actual track, and he will never get it zoned for it. And allowing people to run around on it would open him up to lawsuits when people wreck.

 

true story. I.E. = hillside. thats why they put a gate on it. someone crashed in there years ago and the guy almost died. (this is what i heard from someone who was going there for quite some time.

Yep because I'm sure someone who has raced plenty in CCS has no clue about what it takes to set that place up as an actual track.

You fuckface seriously, it's not like it will be bought and next day a open FUCKING TRACK.

It is in every intention going to be set up as a track such as Jennings, just in a much more convenient location to most of FL that rides and has a full set of teeth.

 

It is extremely hard to get zoned for a track. That place is too close to residential stuff. He would be dumb to buy it for track purposes if he doesnt get it re-zoned first.

Besides, even if he turned it into a track, he would have to dig up all of that concrete, and relay all new stuff. May as well start somewhere else that doesnt have any concrete on the ground.

That was not asphalt, asphalt is petroleum based and black. Those roads were grey.

 

that was asphalt. it was just sun baked. thats what happens to ashpalt after prolonged sun exposer.
