dented tanks? need how to help

so i picked up an extra tank today and im wanting to dent it in for a seat..
any sugg. or any sites on how to write ups?
any help thanks

Body filler. If you can slip a dolly into it, hammer and dolly. Those are about the only two good options. I don't recommend drilling into the tank and making a hole to pull the dent out.

he is talking about denting it not fixing it. go get a rubber mallet and beat the shit out of it.

Ah....well, thats...different.

Rubber mallet. Use a dolly if you can slip it in there, but I somehow doubt you'll be able to. And be prepared to repaint.

Alternatively, especially if you can get a dolly in there, which I doubt you can do, use a ball peen and hit it SOFTLY.

Put it on the ground, put a towel over it, and run into it slowly with a vehicle tire. Have a friend guide you into it, and build a small incline to get the tire to the right height.

oh yeah, post a picture of the tank, and describe in more detail what you want to do to it...
