i just hope that the rider isn't laying there wishing he had a witness because he's being charged with it. because we have someone that saw the whole thing.
i'd kill to have a witness turn up in my case, and its not even bike related. save me the hassle of lawyers and shit.

some guy crashed his POS kawasaki sportbike into a minivan in a rainstorm and i did a monster truck jam style finisher as i ramped his bike in my dodge ram..
