Good Shop ?
Can any of you guys recommend a good honest mecanic to put a fuel pump on a 99 busa that wont take me to the cleaner . in the brandon , tampa area.

any stealership is gonna wax you. do it yourself its really easy. pull the tank. take off the bolts holding it in the tank replace and put back together. ill do it for you. you go buy the parts. ill charge 30 or so bucks

there is no such thing as a good mechanic 
do it yourself if you ahve time on the weekends. its really easy to do.

As others have said, it shouldn't be too hard if you're slightly mechanically inclined.
