im looking in to some suzuki's or kawasaki ninja's what would the experts recomend along engine size, i want something to get around in but also something that i can just race/speed when needed, lets hear it(or read it if you want to get technical)

haha..welcome to bike tech..theyre smart asses...people get tired of answering because about once a month someone comes on asking this question..what it boils down to is what you feel comfortable based on your size and everything...if this is your fist bike as it seems you dont need soemthing to "race" they're fast enough without those intentions will only speed up the time before you die..not smart.. but everyone has their own suggestions and biases but for a starter bike i suggest a 600 unless youre a big guy, its plenty of power and they're a lot of fun.. as far as gsxr or kawi and what not..sit on the different ones and see which one fits you more comfortably you will be sitting on it a lot...but remember go to class get your license, and wear youre gear (ATGATT, ALL THE GEAR ALL THE TIME)

dont get a yamaha they suck.

get a cruiser like BAMF, make sure you stretch and slam the fuck out of your bike. scraping the lower fairing is the new 'in'.
