I keep my gun in an inside the waistband holster on my left hand side because I'm left handed or if I'm carrying my pocket pistol, in my pocket in a holster.

But I don't recommend you carry a gun at all.

You kind of have to sacrifice a little bit of comfort to carry a handgun concealed. I don't think you will find anyone who carries daily that would be able to tell you they don't sacrifice at least a little bit of comfort to carry concealed.

That being said, I carry an XD sub-compact 3" in a galco skyops holster inside my waistband in front of my right hip. It fits really well and is easily concealable in plain clothes (jeans and a t-shirt).

Some people like small of the back holsters...I would hate to end up in a conflict where you get knocked down, land on your back, and either can't reach your gun or get injured by falling on it. Same thing with ankle holsters...You probably wont have time to reach for your ankle if the time comes or if you get knocked on your ass.

What gun are you trying to conceal and what holster do you have?

I would recommend this one 100% if they make it for your gun...Galco holsters; Holsters; Gun holster, pistol holsters, western holsters, shoulder holsters, leather holster and Glock holsters

Joker is right. Unless your gonna carry a 22 or a 25 you better just be prepared to have some discomfort. I carry a 3 1/2 9mm in a sidekick inside waistband holster. Its fairly comfortable most of the time. The downfall to a soft sided concealed holster is they tend to shape to the firearm and can make it difficult to draw the weapon quickly. Good luck.

With the right holster and weapon combo guns don't have to be all that uncomfortable to carry. I carry a .380 in my pocket in an Uncle Mike's and its like it isn't even there. Now, my .40 (Kahr K40) I always notice because its solid stainless steel. But, its got a single stacked magazine which keeps it from having all fat like the double stacked guns; and inside of a soft Galco suede holster, it fits perfectly on my left side a little bit back. It was made with the imprint of the gun in it, and as soon as I undo the thumb break the gun slides out like butter. I can sit down and stand up and all sorts of things without it really botheing you.

Everyone is different.

And Ricksta still should not carry a firearm.

If we told you it wouldn't be concealed would it??? LOL

If i do carry on the bike it is in a sholder harness under a second shirt. Other than that is seems like it would get in the way or fall out.

I carry a Taurus .357 snub.... Have a galco belt holster and it sits high and snug enough to hide and not jab me in the ribs...

Also carry my AK47 on my TL1000 in the trunk, plenty o room
