Hudson motorcyclist injured in crash
HUDSON -- A 68-year-old motorcyclist remains in the hospital with serious injuries after being ejected from his bike Monday evening.
Roger M. Repp was driving his three-wheeled 2005 Honda motorcycle north on Old Dixie Highway shortly before 6 p.m. Monday when he started to turn left onto Yachtsman Drive, the Florida Highway Patrol reported.
Repp lost control of the bike, which overturned and ejected him, FHP said.
Repp, who was not wearing a helmet, landed near the shoulder of Yachtsman Drive.
He was flown to Bayfront Medical Center with serious injuries.
FHP is investigating the crash and said charges are pending.
