i talked to him. his trial wont take place for 2-5 months. if i cant find someone who has experience with the issue i'll just go with signal7cbr's guy.

unfortunately its a 1150 dollar fine as well for improperly mounted tags...so guess what mine was where it was actually supposed to be.

yeah, the details of this are teh FAIL. Details man, details. BTW, ask an attorney if you can fight this on teh grounds of the punishment NOT fitting the crime. $1k is absolutely fucking ridiculous. And since when was an improperly mounted tag $150?

an improperly mounted tag is actually another 1k fine..so if you only got 150 for it...count your fucking blessings.
2 to 5 month hang up is actually a good thing...as the officer who ticketed you may forget and decide not to fight it...
Lopez is known around the bay area to either get the case thrown out. Or get a lesser fine and no points on your license.

he didnt nail me for the tag, i was implying in a nonchalant way of saying i didnt run from the po po's because my tag was in plain sight and nigga 5-0 was on my ass before i knew he was even there.
