Hey Ricksta, talked to my mom who works for the Public Defender;s Office. She was saying an attorney will often time try to get the STATE to lower the offense. ie, taking your wheelie ticket and lessening it to a careless driving ticket. I would get in touch with some local attorneys and see if this is possible.

 

yep I've had a few careless turned into no seat belts back in the day.

What I'm thinking though is this law is so new they will be out to set some examples.

 

hopefully an attorney will be able to tell the people at the state level then he is willing to file a lawsuit for the fact that the punishment does NOT fit the crime g/l though man. Keep us updated. You may be the first one here to get this ticket, but I promise you you arent the last.

 

my mr2 will be gone tonight or tomorro, so i'll have the money to get a lawyer. i will make some suggestions to the lawyer in hopes something can be done for everyone not just me.
