^ Look at what the lines on the road were like when that biker tried to pass the car. I made sure to check those before I commented. The driver of that car needs to be locked the fuck up and should've been shot at the scene for their actions.

He was passing the car and the car over and into him. Look at the amount of space in front the car. Its too much for him to be trying to pass whoever was ahead of him. So its clear the driver of the car meant to get in the bikes way. There is nothing any of us could do if we were in the same position (Passing a car and he decides to "merge" into your lane)

 

looks as if the guy deliberately hit him, IMO.

 

are you wtching the same video? how in the fuck is the bike cutting off the car when its in the lane next to it and just getting to the rear 1/4 panel when the car yanks left and crashes into the bike.

you either need to watch that video again or you know the driver or have done something like this and are trying to cover his ass. but your full of shit if you think that car didn't see the bike and run him off the road.




when i first saw it thought maybe the car was also passing the slower car in front but its not, its way back from them and showed no signs of making a pass, infact they brake checked the bike a bit before he went to pass. then they just swerved into the bikers way.
