Default My little pocket bike build.

Figured you guys might like to see it. I got it for my 12 year old cousin and just had to put it on the bench

Original picture is first. Came with red wheels, damaged body, worn down engine but ran fine, grey frame and all stock.

Mods done:
Carb bored and polished. Fully cleaned.
Custom air filter box.
Cylinder polished (inside) and painted with high temp paint (outside).
Pet **** mod. Fresh filters. On/off tommorrow.
Custom exhaust tip
Frame stripped and sprayed with Line X
Whole motor painted with high temp black.
Polished forks and tripple trees.
Gas line inlets bored out on tank/carb (will be tuned tommorrow)
Re-painted wheels. Polished rotors.
All bearings and joints cleaned and lubed.

The exhaust tip actually came from a bathroom light fixture.

Mods this week: wrapped seat. Fly wheel, pegs, Yamaha stickers.

cag's are so much fun...

did you just weld that exhaust pipe over the stock muffler? cause the size and lengh of the pipe after the chamber have a lot to do with the tuning. it may run like blah.

I will once I get it running normal. Since I bored the carb out and did other things im sure it will need to be fine tuned. Plus the exhaust tip I put on there might create a cool noise. I will find out tommorrow tho

My cousin is 12 and doesnt weight crap so it should be interested to see how fast she will go on it. I was driving it around before the built and it was doing pretty good with me. Im 6 foot and 215lbs
