Default permits?
do they still give permits for motorcycles. i know the new law is that you have to complete a course to get your endorsement. just wondering would like to get one so i get get some seat time in. thanks.

My freind just went to get his permit re-upp'ed. DMV said they no longer offer permits, only the Saftey course thru a private company who offers the test.
